Malikas Home Health Care, LLC is a Minneapolis-based provider of 245D home and community-based services. We exist to make sure every person we serve feels seen, supported, and at home in their own life.
Our story

We started Malikas Home Health Care because we believe great care should feel personal. Not a checklist. Not a transaction. A relationship built on respect.
Today, our trained team supports adults across the Twin Cities through every category of 245D service — from a few hours of homemaker help to ongoing employment support and around-the-clock emergency assistance.
We're actively accepting new clients and welcome referrals from case managers, hospitals, families, and community partners.
